A specialized treadmill is utilized to measure force, time, step and spatial parameters. High-speed video motion analyses are performed to assess your biomechanical tendencies associated with running mechanics and to break down your specific running mechanics. The analysis takes about two hours. With the information gathered from The Running Analysis a complete plan can be set out executed to help you achieve your running goals.
