Running Analysis

It is estimated that 65-85% of all runners are injured every year, sidelining them from achieving their goals in health, wellness and competition...Don't Become A Statistic!

Cost & Availability

The Running Analysis is a comprehensive biomechanical assessment designed to give runners, from novice to competitive, a full understanding of their running form. Runners like you utilize this analysis to identify biomechanical tendencies that contribute to injury and affect running economy (i.e. performance efficiency.)

Faulty movement patterns when you run can lead to overuse of bone, joints, tendons, ligaments and muscle. Overuse patterns can lead to pain and loss of performance. Research shows that gaining strength and flexibility do not automatically correlate to a positive change in how you run. The Running Analysis gives us an in-depth breakdown of your running form. It provides us with vital information about how your running form is contributing to current injury, loss of performance efficiency, and/or the potential risk of injury or re-injury. Understanding your faulty movement patterns during running is a major step in recovering from or preventing injury, as well as improving performance.

The Running Analysis is comprised of multiple state-of-the-art technologies utilized to assess running gait in our lab. A specialized treadmill is utilized to measure force, time, step and spatial parameters. High-speed video motion analyses are performed to assess your biomechanical tendencies associated with running mechanics and to break down your specific running mechanics. The analysis takes about two hours. With the information gathered from The Running Analysis a complete plan can be set out executed to help you achieve your running goals.

By Optimizing Tissue Healing at the Cellular Level

Treat the Muscle, Tendon and Ligament at the Cellular Level -  Shockwave Therapy

Shockwave Therapy uses controlled acoustic waves to target affected tissues and stimulate a healing response. Originally used in orthopaedics and sports medicine, it has shown powerful benefits for those experiencing chronic nerve pain.

Specifically, Shockwave has been proven to help by:

  • Increasing blood flow to damaged nerves

  • Stimulating the release of growth factors and regenerative cells

  • Breaking up fibrotic tissue around nerves that may be contributing to compression

  • Helps reduce chronic inflammation

  • Encourage the body to form new blood vessels, supporting nerve repair

  • Shockwave is a non-invasive, drug-free option with no downtime, and it’s backed by clinical research as an effective method for managing chronic pain conditions.

Treat the Nerve at the Cellular Level - Stimpod

Stimpod NMS460 is one of the most innovative tools available for treating nerve dysfunction – we’re delighted to be able to offer it to our patients! Unlike traditional electrical stimulation, Stimpod uses radio frequency pulsed stimulation to target damaged nerves directly. It works by interrupting dysfunctional pain signals and helping the nervous system “reset.”

How Stimpod Supports Nerve Function:

  • Re-educates peripheral nerves to restore normal signaling

  • Provides rapid relief from tingling, numbness, and burning

  • Improves muscle activation in cases of nerve-related weakness

  • Enhances nerve communication with surrounding muscles and tissues

Many of our clients report noticeable improvements in just a few sessions. It’s a completely pain-free, needle-free therapy – and a safe, effective solution even for those who haven’t responded to other treatments.
