Furthermore, your progress is determined by how good your physical therapy team is at helping you resolve the underlying issues; be it: strength, flexibility, stability, how you move, posture, etc.

To get the most out of your physical therapy experience keep in mind the location of the body part that will be evaluated and treated. By all means, dress within your comfort level.   Example: If you are a female and we are looking at your shoulder, a sports bra allows for therapists to visualize and measure your range of motion with much more confidence. If you’re uncomfortable with a sports bra, a sleeveless, baggy or loose shirt or vest works just as well.
