"I can understand people being a little hesitant if they've had other experiences in the past that were less than helpful... or made them feel a little strange. But you know coming here is just... it's just so different.

"I frankly was afraid that I was going to be told to stop doing what I was doing, and didn't want to give up the biking and the miles and things like that. I should have came here sooner. Don't wait to get in here.

"My wife and I leave next week for Utah. We're doing some hiking. We have a rather long hike in Switzerland in September. So, I feel much more confident now that I can get through that without knee pain."
